Bullard’s Heating & Air Inc (“BHA”) was founded by Joseph Bullard in October 1996.

For over 25 years BHA has served the Commercial HVAC needs of the greater Bay Area. Our company-wide focus has been consistently providing skilled craftsmanship, experienced project management and a conscientious approach to every project to ensure quality, on time, on budget performance to all our clients and partners.

Our Vision is to create and maintain an organization of highly skilled construction professionals that serve our Clients’ needs with honesty and integrity. To provide an environment that promotes personal growth and self-pride. Ultimately, to differentiate ourselves as the HVAC/LBE of choice.
