Bullard’s Heating & Air, Inc. “BHA” has a reputation for meeting our contracted responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. BHA only bids projects within San Francisco County lines or in SF County derestriction, which includes San Francisco International Airport. We are highly experienced with the City and County of San Francisco requirements and regulations for Local Hiring and LBE programs. Our experience with Public Works DPW & PUC projects has provided a niche for our craft. BHA has worked as a dry HVAC subcontractor on large city projects and SFO Airport projects with various contractors such as Southland, Webcor, and Clark Construction (to name a few).
