Mission Statement

Bullard's Heating & Air Inc (“BHA”) was founded by Joseph Bullard in October 1996.
For over 20 years BHA has served the Commercial HVAC needs of the greater Bay Area. Our company-wide focus has been consistently providing skilled craftsmanship, experienced project management and a conscientious approach to every project to ensure quality, on time, on budget performance to all our clients and partners.

In February of 2011 BHA became certified as an LBE “San Francisco Local Business Enterprise” to compete for City Contracts with minority status. Our experience with Public Works DPW & PUC projects has provided a niche for our craft. BHA has worked as a dry HVAC subcontractor on large city projects and SFO Airport projects with various contractors such as Southland, Webcor, and Clark Construction (to name a few).

Our Vision is to create and maintain an organization of highly skilled construction professionals that serve our Clients’ needs with honesty and integrity. To provide an environment that promotes personal growth and self-pride. Ultimately, to differentiate ourselves as the HVAC/LBE of choice.
